Land Acquisitions

For the six months ended JuneÌý30, 2024, we acquired 640 acres of land for an aggregate purchase price of $1.0 million. For the six months ended June 30, 2023, we acquired 12,141 acres of land for an aggregate purchase price of $20.0 million.

Land Sales
For the six months ended JuneÌý30, 2024, we sold 41 acres of land for an aggregate sales price of $1.2 million. For the six months ended June 30, 2023, we sold 43 acres of land for an aggregate sales price of $1.4 million.
