Capital
The Sub-share Certificates (“Sub-shares”) and the Certificates of Proprietary Interest are freely interchangeable in the ratio of one Certificate of Proprietary Interest for 3,000 Sub-shares or 3,000 Sub-shares for one Certificate of Proprietary Interest.
Dividends
On March15, 2019, we paid $46.5 million in dividends representing a regular cash dividend of $1.75 per Sub-share and a special dividend of $4.25 per Sub-share for sub-shareholders of record at the close of business on March8, 2019.
On March16, 2018, we paid $31.7 million in dividends representing a regular cash dividend of $1.05 per Sub-share and a special dividend of $3.00 per Sub-share for sub-shareholders of record at the close of business on March9, 2018.
