Land Sales

For the six months ended JuneÌý30, 2023, we sold 43 acres of land in Texas for an aggregate sales price of $1.4 million. There were no significant land sales for the six months ended June 30, 2022.

Land Acquisitions

For the six months ended JuneÌý30, 2023, we acquired 12,141 acres of land in Texas for an aggregate purchase price of $20.0 million. There were no significant land acquisitions for the six months ended June 30, 2022.
